Compilation of Financial Statements

Whether you simply need financial statements for SARS and the bank or more attention to detail we have experience in compiling financial statements in terms of historical cost, accrual or fair value bases of accounting. We can compile or review your financial statements on the basis of historical cost, IFRS, IFRS-for-SME’s or GRAP.

Training and Development of Controls, Policies and Manuals

We offer one-on-one training for Xero and Sage Accounting as well as accounting and bookkeeping. Although we are a new name, we have more than 25 years’ experience in audit, accounting and bookkeeping. Based in Bloemfontein we can provide these services throughout the country either remotely or in person (we love travelling). Auditing – we have experience in providing complete audit services to companies, associations, non-profits, corporates, public sector to regulated industries (including trust audits for estate agents and attorneys, FSP’s, FSCA registered entities, retirement funds, etc). These audits include voluntary and compulsory audits of financial statements as well as specialised audits and factual finding engagements (e.g. performance reports, annual reports, compliance, etc).

Independent Reviews – As Chartered Accountants we are accredited to perform Independent Review Engagements as required by the Companies Act of South Africa for non-owner managed companies who have a PI score of less than 350.

Governance / Secretarial / Compliance

Our range of services relating to company/corporation governance, secretarial and compliance goes beyond the run-of-the-mill company registration and CIPC compliance. We offer a complete company registration service which includes not only the basic CIPC documentation but also the required manuals in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), Protection of Personal Information Act (PoPI) and the requisite company and share registers, SARS and e-filing registrations. We have experience in private companies, close corporations, non-profit companies and incorporated companies. In addition we can assist with CSD, FIC and CIDB registrations as well as preparation of a business profile or business plan. We can also source registration of a domain name, basic website and social media services.

SARS compliance – our accounting services include SARS compliance from VAT, PAYE, UIF, SDL to Income Tax and Withholding tax.

Payroll / Labour Compliance – we can also assist with compliance to other regulators such as the Department of Labour from UIF to COIDA/WCA or RMA. We are registered as Labour Practitioners for ufiling submission of monthly returns and can assist with the submission of your annual Return of Earnings (RoE) and application for a Letter of Good Standing (LoGS).
